Siddal 2011 League Winners

Siddal were stunned in the first 12 minutes as they conceded 3 tries to Heath and went 0-16 down. They made 3 mistakes and paid the ultimate price each time, and Heath couldn't believe their luck. To their credit the Halifax side didn't panic, and knuckled down to make their tackles and create opportunities themselves. They pulled 2 tries back and were only 12-18 adrift at the break.

Siddal Full-Back Scott Caley was a constant threat to Heath and he finished with a hat-trick in the final minute. Who would bet against these two teams contesting the Grand Final in a months time ?

The battle for the other play-off positions is still tight as we go into the final few fixtures. Hull Dockers have 2 games to play and must be favourites to make the top 6, which would mean Leigh Miners missing out !
